CATERING POLICIES

Welcome to Bon Appétit Catering Services at C3.ai Cafe. These menus have been designed to assist you in your event planning. However, every function is unique and we will be happy to create a customized menu for your event, large or small. To provide you with the highest level of service while minimizing cost, we have established the following guidelines to assist you.

Catering Operating Hours 

Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. 

Ordering Deadlines

We accept orders up to 48 hours before the event. To ensure availability and menu items, please place your orders prior to this deadline. There is a limited “last minute order menu items” for orders placed within 24 hours of the event. Less than 24-hour notice for cancellations may be subject to a fee. 

Minimums

$50.00 minimum for delivered orders. Minimum order 10 people per item. Morning deliveries require minimum order of 20. 

Set up fees for orders under $250 is $25.

1.5 hours set up time preferred prior to event time and one-hour breakdown after an event. 

Please reserve your meeting space accordingly. 

After Hours Pick-Up 

All after-hours pick-ups incur a $50 fee. 

Staffing Services 

After-hour services for events before 7:30 am or after 3:30 pm.

$50 per hour per attendant 

Dedicated server at your event (5 hours minimum) 

$50 per hour per server 

Specifications will be priced per event, three business days advanced notice required. 

Pricing

Prices include disposable place settings. 

Catering orders are subject to local sales tax. 

Prices are subject to change due to seasonal availability. 

Additional Charges

All upgraded linens, table skirting, floral arrangements, formal dinnerware, special requests and décor will be priced according to event specifications. 

Standard china service includes plates, stainless flatware and linen napkins for $3.50 per person (72-hour notice is appreciated). Beer and wine set-up (drop off) including ice, cups, wine key and beverage napkins is available for $2 per person.
